Folks, I’m proud and excited to announce that Connor Samuel Crook was born September 19, 2008, at 8:08 in the morning. We are tired but elated. The birth went wonderfully well and Mary Pat is recovering quickly. The beaner will henceforth be named Connor.
Well, unless we feel like calling him beaner.

Way to go, y’all. That really is the best news.
Now we need the specs: length, weight, duration of labor, blood type, type of snacks eaten while waiting, etc.

Thanks, Amy! Yes he luckily escaped his father’s DNA and got his mother’s looks. He is a wonderful little tyke.
