Wow. The U.S. is giving a billion dollars to rebuild Georgia. While Dick Cheny certainly is gracious to have such a “deep and abiding interest in [Georgia's] well-being and security,” this is starting to sound a bit like another stage in America’s heroic struggle against the godless Stalinist oppressors.
