In an ironic turn of events, a provision in the tax code that allowed farmers and small-business owners to recover the cost of buying trucks and heavy-duty working vehicles has become a tax break for luxury SUVs and Hummers.
To the tune of $25,000. Luckily some legislators have wised up and are trying to change this.
